SP 52849: Error messages are not being displayed as an Error Page in Firefox

Symptom: When Firefox encounters an error loading a website, error messages are displayed as popup windows. Some users may have a preference for error messages to be displayed as an Error Page.
Resolution: This change will modify the Firefox settings to enable error messages to be displayed as an Error Page.
Additional Information: For this change to take effect, you must twice consecutively start and exit Firefox.
