SP 50059: Enable Send Page or Link by E-mail in Internet Explorer

Details: On File menu in Internet Explorer, when you click Send submenu, you may notice that “page by E-mail” and “Link by E-mail” options are grayed out. These options are enabled by default, and this problem may be caused by lack of configuration of default mail client. This change will configure the mail client and enable send page or link by e-mail in Internet Explorer, so that you can send a page or link by E-mail.
