SP 50140: Disable the Content Advisor in Internet Explorer

Details: This change modifies the system settings to disable the Content Advisor feature of Internet Explorer. In some cases, the Content Advisor will cause the “Save Target As” and “Print Target” menu items to be disabled, as well as the “Print All Linked Documents” in the Print dialog.
