SP 50167: Cannot set Custom Security settings in Internet Explorer

Symptom: When you select “Tools => Internet Options => Security tab” in Internet Explorer, you will notice that the “Custom Level” and Default Level” buttons are grayed out under the “Security” tab. Under this condition, you will be unable to modify or set custom security levels in Internet Explorer.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Internet Explorer settings to enable the “Custom Level” and Default Level” buttons in Internet Explorer.
