SP 50379: Cannot modify “Content Advisor” or “Certificate” settings in Internet Explorer

Symptom: When you select “Tools => Internet Options => Content tab” in Internet Explorer, you will find that there are four buttons that are grayed out. Under the “Content Advisor” section, the “Enable” and “Settings” buttons are grayed out. In the “Certificates” section, the “Certificates” and “Publishers” buttons will also be grayed out.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Internet Explorer settings to enable the grayed out buttons in “Tools => Internet Options => Content tab”.
