SP 50460: Enable the Advanced settings of Internet Options
Details: This change modifies a system registry entry to enable the Advanced settings of the Internet Options tool that is accessible through either Control Panel or Internet Explorer. Normally, a user can modify the Advanced settings, but if a user or application has modified the registry inappropriately then the Advanced settings will be disabled.
