SP 50617: Cannot modify the Accessibility settings in Internet Explorer
Symptom: When you select “Tools => Internet Options => General tab => Accessibility button” in Internet Explorer, you will notice that the buttons and option selections are grayed out the Accessibility dialog.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Internet Explorer settings to enable the buttons and options in the Accessibility dialog.
