SP 50779: Enable “Toolbars” submenu items in Internet Explorer
Symptom: When you navigate to the “View -> Toolbars” submenu in Internet Explorer, you will notice that the “Menu” and “Links” items are grayed out. In addition, you may find the “Lock the Toolbars” item missing.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable and restore the “Menu”, “Links”, and “Lock the Toolbars” items in the “Toolbars” submenu.
