SP 50904: Enable Browser extensions in Internet Explorer

Symptom: When you install a browser extension such as a toolbar, the toolbar buttons are disabled or the toolbar is not displayed.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable browser extensions in Internet Explorer.
