SP 50997: Enable choices for the “Run components not signed with Authenticode” option in Internet Explorer

Symptom: The Enable, Disable, and Prompt choices for the “Run components not signed with Authenticode” option are grayed out in the “Custom level” security settings for the “Internet” zone under the “Security” tab in “Tools -> Internet Options”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the choices for the “Run components not signed with Authenticode” option in the “Security Settings” dialog.
