SP 51608: Enable "XAML browser applications" choices in Internet Explorer

Symptom: The Enable, Disable, and Prompt choices for the “XAML browser applications” option are grayed out in the “Custom level” security settings for the “Local intranet” zone under the “Security” tab in “Tools -> Internet Options”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the choices for the “XAML browser applications” option in the “Security Settings” dialog.
