SP 51638: Enable "Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player" choices in Internet Explorer
Symptom: The Enable and Disable choices for the “Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player” option are grayed out in the “Custom level” security settings for the “Local intranet” zone under the “Security” tab in “Tools -> Internet Options”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the choices for the “Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player” option in the “Security Settings” dialog.
