SP 52218: Enable changes to "Temporary Internet Files" settings

Details: This change modifies the system registry to allow you to change the “Temporary Internet Files” settings for Internet Explorer 7.

The screenshot below shows an example dialog when the settings are disabled.

2. Cannot modify settings for ”Local Intranet”, “Trusted Sites” and “Restricted Sites” security zones

5. Cannot set Custom Security settings in Internet Explorer
