SP 52339: Disable “Format documents using my style sheet” in Internet Explorer

Symptom: When the “Format documents using my style sheet” choice is enabled in the “Accessibility” dialog under the “General” tab in “Tools -> Internet Options”, certain websites are very slow to load or load incompletely. Scrolling may also be slow for some websites.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to disable the “Format documents using my style sheet” choice in the “Accessibility” dialog.
