SP 52529: Enable flash movie playback in Internet Explorer

Symptom: Adobe’s Flash Player will not play movies in Internet Explorer.
Error Message: “Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe’s Flash Player”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable flash movie playback.
