SP 53090: Double-clicking an Internet Shortcut launches the Print dialog or fails to open the Webpage
Symptom: When you double-click an Internet Shortcut (.URL file) or click on a favorite link from the Favorites Menu, there is no response and the Webpage does not open. You may also find that the Print dialog is launched or some other program is launched.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the correct program associations with Internet Shortcuts.
