SP 53590: Cannot “Add” or “Remove” sites to the “Trusted sites” or “Restricted sites” security zones

Symptom: When you select “Tools => Internet Options => Security tab”, and click on either “Trusted sites” or “Restricted sites”, you will notice that the buttons to “Add” or “Remove” websites to either of these security zones are grayed out.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Internet Explorer settings to enable the “Add” and “Remove” buttons in the “Trusted sites” and “Restricted sites” dialogs.
