SP 50453: “Subject” line checking is disabled in Outlook Express
Symptom: When you compose and send an e-mail message without any text in the “Subject” line, you are not prompted to enter text into the “Subject” line. Outlook Express will send the e-mail message without warning you that you have left the “Subject” line blank.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook Express settings to enable “Subject” line checking.
