SP 50841: E-mail addresses are not automatically added to the Address Book in Outlook Express

Symptom: When you reply to an e-mail message in Outlook Express, the addresses that you reply to are not automatically entered into the Address Book.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to automatically add the recipients e-mail address to the Address Book when replying to e-mail messages.
