SP 50849: Deleted messages are not automatically removed when exiting Outlook Express

Symptom: When you delete messages in Outlook Express, the deleted messages remain in the “Deleted Items” folder until you select “Edit => Empty ‘Deleted Items’ Folder.”
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to automatically empty the “Deleted Items” folder when exiting from Outlook Express.
