SP 50893: Outlook Express does not automatically delete downloaded news messages

Symptom: When you download news messages, Outlook Express does not delete the messages after a specified number of days have lapsed. The “Delete news messages” option for Outlook Express may have been inadvertently disabled.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable the “Delete news messages” option in Outlook Express.
