SP 50894: Unread MSNews messages are marked as read in Outlook Express

Symptom: When you download MSNews messages and then exit Outlook Express without reading the messages, you will find that the next time you start Outlook Express; all unread messages are now marked as read. This Outlook Express problem makes it difficult to determine which messages you may not have read.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook Express to disable marking files as being read when you exit Outlook Express.
