SP 52836: Enable Hyperlinks in Outlook Express

Symptom: When you click on a hyperlink in Outlook Express or in other applications or desktop shortcut, your browser does not display the hyperlinked web page. And may get the following error:” The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.”
Resolution: Modify the systems registry settings to enable “Hyperlinks” in Outlook Express.
