SP 53003: Cannot open the Address Book in Outlook Express
Symptom: When you try to open the Address Book in Outlook Express, an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “Unable to open the Address Book. The Address Book may not be installed properly.”
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the Address Book.
