SP 50458: One or more menu items are grayed out in the Outlook “Format” menu

Symptom: When editing a new email message in Outlook, you are unable to change Fonts or Styles. You will find that when you select the “Format” menu, one or more of the menu items will be grayed out.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable grayed out items in the “Format” menu.
