SP 50838: Original messages are not included when replying to e-mail

Symptom: When you reply to an email message, you will notice that Outlook does not include the original message in the body of your reply message.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook settings to enable original messages to be included when replying to any e-mail messages.
