SP 50855: Outlook does not suggest recipient names when you type in the To, Cc, or Bcc address box

Symptom: When composing a new message in Outlook, you may find that Outlook does not suggest recipient names that have been previously used when you start to type names in any of the To, Cc, or Bcc address boxes.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook settings to enable suggestions of previous recipient names when you type in the To, Cc, or Bcc address boxes.
