SP 50857: Send message immediately when connected

Details: When you open Outlook, messages may don’t send immediately. The issue is caused by improper settings in Options dialog box. The change will let Outlook send messages immediately when connected.

1. Allow the Outlook 2007 window to be hidden when minimized
2. Attachments that have .exe or .com extensions cannot be opened in Outlook
3. Display a new mail desktop alert when you receive new messages
4. Enable Password saving in Outlook
5. Fix unavailable menu: "E-mail Accounts" under "Tools"
