SP 50895: No warning message when removing files from the “Deleted Items” folder in Outlook

Symptom: When you delete messages from the “Deleted Items” folder, Outlook does not display the warning dialog that requires you to confirm that the messages will be permanently deleted.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook settings to enable the dialog that will require you to confirm deletion of messages in the “Deleted Items” folder.
