SP 52803: Outlook does not automatically empty the “Deleted Items” folder when exiting

Symptom: When there are items in the “Deleted Items” folder and you exit from Outlook 2003, a message prompting you to confirm that Outlook will delete all items in the “Deleted Items” folder is displayed.
Prompt Message: “Are you sure you want to permanently delete all the items and subfolders in the “Deleted Items” folder?”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook 2003 settings to disable the prompt message when exiting from Outlook 2003. This will allow Outlook to automatically delete all items in the “Deleted Items” folder when you exit from Outlook.
