SP 52805: Enable Password saving in Outlook

Symptom: Each time that you start Outlook, you are prompted to enter the server password. When the “Enter Network Password” dialog is presented, you will notice that the “Save this password in your password list” option is grayed out.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the “Save this password in your password list” option in the “Enter Network Password” dialog.
