SP 52843: Meeting attendees are unable to propose new times for a meeting scheduled in Outlook

Symptom: When you receive a meeting request in Outlook 2003, you are unable to propose an alternate time for the meeting.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook settings to enable meeting attendees to propose new meeting times.
