SP 53897: The “Bcc” box (blind carbon copy) is not displayed in Outlook

Symptom: When composing email in Outlook 2003, you may notice that the “Bcc” box (blind carbon copy) is not displayed. By default the, the “Bcc” box is not displayed to reduce screen clutter.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Outlook 2003 settings to enable the display of the “Bcc” box when sending composing email.
