SP 53099: Allow the Outlook 2007 window to be hidden when minimized

Symptom: When you minimize the Outlook 2007 window, it is normally minimized into the task bar. Some users may prefer that the Outlook 2007 window be hidden when it is minimized.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the Microsoft Office settings to hide the Outlook 2007 window when it is minimized.
