SP 51305: The “Add a Printer” option is missing from the Printer Tasks panel

Symptom: When you run “Start => Printers and Faxes”, you will find that the “Add a Printer” option is missing from the Printer Tasks panel.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Add a Printer” option in the Printer Tasks panel.
