SP 51306: The “Delete this printer” option is missing from the Printer Tasks panel

Symptom: When you run “Start => Printers and Faxes” and select an available printer, you will find that the “Delete this Printer” option is missing from the Printer Tasks panel.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to restore the “Delete this Printer” option in the Printer Tasks panel.
