SP 51637: Enable the Print Spooler service

Details: This change modifies the system registry to enable the Print Spooler service to start. You will see the error “Could not start the Print Spooler service” if the service has been disabled.

The screenshot below shows an example error message when trying to start the Print Spooler service on a computer if the service has been disabled.
