SP 51847: Restore the file and print sharing service startup parameter

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the default value for the startup parameter that specifies the location of a system binary for the file and print sharing service. You will see the error “The specified module could not be found” if the startup parameter is incorrect.

The screenshot below shows an example of the error window when the service startup parameter is incorrect.

3. Enable internet printers
4. Enable the Print Spooler service
5. Printer status is set to “Pause”
