SP 51885: Restore remote print provider path

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the default system setting for the system binary that performs processing for remote printing (Win32spl.dll).

The screenshot below shows an example of an error message on a system with a missing or incorrect remote print provider path.

1. Enable TCP/IP printer ports
2. Enable file and printer sharing through the firewall
3. Enable internet printers
4. Enable the Print Spooler service
5. Printer status is set to “Pause”
