SP 51949: USB connected Printers do not respond to print requests.

Symptom: When a printer is connected to the USB port, the printer does not respond when you attempt to print a document. The printer can be seen in “Start => Printer and Faxes”, but when you right click on the printer icon and select “Properties” in the context menu, you will find that the USB port is not shown in list of ports available for printing.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry settings and modify the USB port settings to restore printing capabilities on your computer.
