SP 51849: Clear “My Recent Documents” history when exiting Windows
Symptom: When you select “Start -> My Recent Documents”, the documents you have opened recently are listed in the “My Recent Documents” submenu.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable automatic clearing of all “My Recent Document” history when you log out of Windows.
Additional Information: If you prefer to keep your recent document history private from other users that use this computer, you should enable automatic clearing of recent document history when you log out of your Windows account.
