SP 51950: Enable TCP “KeepAliveTime” setting in Windows

Symptom: There is no response when trying to communicate with a remote computer.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the TCP “KeepAliveTime” setting.
Additional Information: TCP attempts to verify that an idle connection is still intact by sending a keep-alive packet. If the remote computer is still reachable, it acknowledges the keep-alive packet.
