SP 52515: Enable the “Removable Storage” service in Windows

Symptom: When you start the Services applet in “Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools”, the “Startup Type” setting for the “Removable Storage” service will be set to “Disabled”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable “Manual” startup for the “Removable Storage” service.
Additional Information: The “Removable Storage” service is used for managing removable media. For example, tape backup devices and CD-ROM's may not work properly if this service is disabled.
