SP 52579: Enable the “DCOM Server Process Launcher Service” for security

Symptom: When the “DCOM Server Process Launcher Service” is disabled, you will notice that the Windows Firewall service cannot be started. The firewall service is dependent on and requires that the “DCOM Server Process Launcher Service” is active.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the setting to set the “DCOM Server Process Launcher Service” for automatic startup.
Additional Information: You will need to manually start the “DCOM Server Process Launcher Service” or simply reboot your computer after applying this fix.
