SP 52620: Enable the “IPSEC Services” for improved security

Symptom: When you start the Services applet in “Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools”, the “Startup Type” setting for the “IPSEC Services” will be set to “Disabled”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable “Manual” startup for the “IPSEC Services”.
Additional Information: The “IPSEC Services” manages IP security policy and starts the ISAKMP/Oakley (IKE) and the IP security driver.
