SP 54619: Remove the FlashGet program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The FlashGet download manager is launched as a startup item whenever your computer is started. By default, the FlashGet download manager automatically launches when downloading. Removing FlashGet from the Startup folder will save resources and increase your computers performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the FlashGet entry from the Startup folder.
