SP 54674: Remove the Hkcmd program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The Hkcmd program produced by Intel is an application installed alongside Intel multimedia devices, such as Intel Integrated graphics chipset and allows configuration and diagnostic options for these devices. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the Hkcmd entry from the Startup folder.
