SP 54712: Remove the Jusched program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The Jusched program is the Java Update scheduler which checks for available updates of Java. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the Jusched entry from the Startup folder.
