SP 54819: Remove the DrgToDsc program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The DrgToDsc program from Roxio is associated with what used to be called DirectCD. As of Roxio EasyCD Creator version 6.0 or later version, this application takes over the Packet Writing side of this application. It is no longer needed for EasyCD Creator to function properly. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the DrgToDsc entry from the Startup folder.
