SP 55019: Remove the PBKScheduler program from the Startup folder to help improve system performance

Symptom: The PBKScheduler program is the Scheduler for CyberLink PowerBackup archiving/backup utility. This program is a non-essential system process. Removing it from startup can significantly increase your computer’s performance and reliability.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to remove the PBKScheduler entry from the Startup folder.
